Award-winning film and television visual effects studio, Escobar studios, is the premiere choice for complete Digital Cinema and HD video production, photo-realistic 3d animation and special visual effects. Escobar Studios was founded in 1997 as a graphic design company by Aaron Escobar (a 3d artist with 10 years of experience with computer modeling) and artists from the School of Visual Arts, which specializations included web design, product design and T-shirt printing. The company did the industrial switch in 2003 from design to 3D modeling although some of the artists already included 3D animation in their resume. Escobar Studios currently works in animation, 3D modeling, visual effects, web design, and logo design and is situated on the outskirts of Miami, Florida. escobar studios, 3d animation studio, animation studio, special visual effects, special effects, design, photorealistic, photo-realistic render, film, hd, video, commercial, renders, textures, free 3d model download, computer animation, computer generated imagery, cgi animation, video production. Visual effects (commonly shortened to Visual F/X or VFX) are the various processes by which imagery is created and/or manipulated outside the context of a live action shoot. Visual effects often involve the integration of live-action footage and computer generated imagery (CGI) in order to create environments which look realistic, but would be dangerous, costly, or simply impossible to capture on film. They have become increasingly common in big-budget films, and have also recently become accessible to the amateur filmmaker with the introduction of affordable animation and compositing software. Visual effects are frequently integral to a movie's story and appeal. Although most visual effects work is completed during post-production, it usually must be carefully planned and choreographed in pre-production and production. A visual effects supervisor is usually involved with the production from an early stage to work closely with production and the film's director to achieve the desired effects. Digital Effects (commonly shortened to Digital FX or DFX) are the various processes by which imagery is created and/or manipulated with or from photographic assets. Digital effects often involve the integration of still photography and computer generated imagery (CGI) in order to create environments which look realistic, but would be dangerous, costly, or simply impossible to capture in camera. DFX is usually associated with the still photography world in contrast to Visual Effects which is associated with motion film production. DFX is an emerging term used describe the the process around still image production and retouching. DFX also applied to he emerging process known as MOTOS (moving photos). Motos are created using a high resolution video camera that are able to capture single frames that hold enough resolution to create a printable resolution file. These video images are used to integrate motion and still applications into one production. Compositing is the combining of visual elements from separate sources into single images, often to create the illusion that all those elements are parts of the same scene. Live-action shooting for compositing is variously called “blue screen,” “green screen,” “chroma key,” and other names. Today, most though not all compositing is achieved through digital image manipulation. Pre-digital compositing techniques, however, go back as far as the trick films of Georges Méliès in the late 19th century; and some are still in use. Web design is the skill of creating presentations of content (usually hypertext or hypermedia) that is delivered to an end-user through the World Wide Web, by way of a Web browser or other Web-enabled software like Internet television clients, microblogging clients and RSS readers. The process of designing Web pages, Web sites, Web applications or multimedia for the Web may utilize multiple disciplines, such as animation, authoring, communication design, corporate identity, graphic design, human-computer interaction, information architecture, interaction design, marketing, photography, search engine optimization and typography.
